About Us
Contigo Events started as an idea between two friends. Karen and Monica met while working at The Cheese School of San Francisco and loved the rush of organizing events from soup to nuts. Contigo means “with you” and that is the sentiment we hope to bring to your event from the planning stages to the day of — we want to work with you to check every box, think through any detail big or small, and to create a unique and seamless event.

Karen is a magician when it comes to making something beautiful out of thin air. She brings 10 years of experience in all aspects of event execution from planning to execution and everything that happens in between. Her indispensable design feedback and creative solutions bring a unique and personal touch to every event. When she’s not curating events you can find her at any music concert in town!

Monica
Monica loves being creative and working with her hands. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years she know how to manage the many moving parts that make up an event to ensure a calm, organized, and memorable day. When she’s not coordinating events, you’ll find her camping or cooking up a meal for friends and family.
